This blog began with our journey to China when we received our adopted daughter and third child, Alexandra. The lady bug is the common symbol, or mascott for adopted Chinese daughters. The blog has since evolved into a journal of our trials, triumphs, joys and complete loss of sanity (that is often restored by copious amounts of chocolate or beer- taken only on an as needed basis, of course), as we embrace daily life with four beautiful little children.

They Did It Again!

Once again, Aaron and Joe have made the Double Takes section in this month's issue of Twins Magazine. Unfortunetely, the website has not been keeping up with displaying the photos, so you have to own the issue to see the picture. To save you the trouble though, I've diplayed the picture here! (Aaron is on the left). I suppose the editors are a little behind, given the boys were 17 months old in this picture. So is it my boys' good looks or my artistic photography that won us a spot this summer and last fall? Okay, enough self flattery. Fun to share though, especially for all you proud aunties, uncles, grandparents, etc.
